LAHORE – A new coronavirus has claimed the lives of 95 people in Pakistan in the previous 24 hours, bringing the total number of positive cases to 1,063,125. On Saturday, the number of those killed in the United States had risen to 23,797.

In the last 24 hours, 4,720 people tested positive for COVID-19, according to the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC).
Punjab continues to be the province with the highest number of deaths, followed by Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The pandemic has claimed the lives of 11,172 people in Punjab, 6,168 in Sindh, 4,524 in KP, 811 in Islamabad, 641 in Azad Kashmir, 331 in Balochistan, and 150 in Great Britain.

There have also been 396,918 confirmed coronavirus cases in Sindh, 362,557 in Punjab, 147,452 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 90,093 in Islamabad, 31,069 in Balochistan, 26,421 in Azad Kashmir, and 8,615 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
