ISLAMABAD – JUI-F president and Maulana Fazlur Rehman has called a meeting of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) on November 15 (Monday) to discuss a protest strategy against growing prices, EVM concerns, and the PDM’s stance on granting voting rights to abroad Pakistanis.
The Pakistan Democratic Movement’s virtual session will begin at 3:00 p.m., according to PDM spokesperson Maulana Hafiz Hamdullah. The session will be chaired by Maulana Fazlur Rehman, PDM president and JUI-F chairman, via video link from Islamabad.
Nawaz Sharif, Shahbaz Sharif, Sardar Akhtar Mengal, Mehmood Khan Achakzai, Aftab Sherpao, Dr. Abdul Malik, Prof. Sajid Mir, and Shah Awais Noorani will attend the meeting via video link.
Hafiz Hamdullah further stated that leaders from all PDM parties will join the conference through video link. He said the gathering would deliberate on a future plan for anti-inflation protests, as well as consultations on EVMs, electoral reforms, granting voting rights to abroad Pakistanis, the NAB ordinance, and other matters.
