KARACHI, Pakistan – Today (Saturday), the nation commemorates the 146th birthday of the Father of the Nation, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, with a fresh determination to work hard for the country’s growth and prosperity.
The national flag is flown over all public and private buildings in the country.
Today, Quran Khawani and a changing of the guards ritual were performed at Mazar-e-Quaid in Karachi.
A series of activities, including seminars, debates, and exhibits, will be organised at both the official and civil society levels to emphasise the Quaid-e-life, Azam’s achievements, and many facets of his personality.
PM encourages youth to emulate Quaid’s qualities of honesty, hard labour, and tenacity.
In his speech commemorating the birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Prime Minister Imran Khan urged youngsters to emulate the Quaid’s qualities of honesty, hard work, persistence, and commitment.
He stated that we, as a country, must adopt these characteristics in order to actualize Quaid’s vision of a developed, progressive, and tolerant Pakistan.
According to the Prime Minister, Muhammad Ali Jinnah saw the significance of establishing a distinct country for Muslims on the subcontinent where all inhabitants might enjoy freedom of religion, occupation, and equal opportunity.
