In the last 24 hours, novel coronavirus has claimed the lives of eight people in Pakistan, bringing the total number of positive cases to 1,374,800. On Monday, the number of people killed in the United States reached 29,105.
The National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) reported that 7,195 people tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.
Punjab continues to be the province with the highest number of deaths, followed by Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The outbreak has claimed the lives of 13,108 people in Punjab, 7,741 in Sindh, 5,975 in KP, 976 in Islamabad, 751 in Azad Kashmir, 367 in Balochistan, and 187 in the Gilgit Baltistan.
