The letter alluded to Shehbaz Sharif’s promise at the Lahore High Court (LHC) about Nawaz Sharif’s homecoming. According to the letter’s declaration, the letter’s execution must be based on the promise provided in the LHC. The Special Medical Board should receive the medical reports of former Prime Minister and PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif within 10 days.
