JHANG: In yet another dog bite incident, a five-year-old boy died on Sunday in Punjab’s Jhang district after being bitten by stray dogs.
On Sunday, a pack of stray dogs mauled a five-year-old minor boy to death while he was playing with her friends near a graveyard in Jhang, according to details.
After being notified, rescuers arrived at the scene and discovered Abdul Rehman, a little kid, dead after being mauled by dogs.
Usman Buzdar, the Chief Minister of Punjab, took note of a little boy’s death from a dog bite and requested a report from the Commissioner of Faisalabad Division and the RPO Faisalabad.
The chief minister authorised an independent investigation into the event.
The CM conveyed his condolences and sincere sympathy to the deceased family. He assured that the devastated family will receive justice.

On February 1, a 12-year-old boy was killed by dogs in Punjab’s Dera Ghazi Khan (DG Khan) district, which also happens to be the hometown of Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar.
Mubashir, a seventh-grader, was attacked by six stray dogs at a DG Khan school. Locals transported the youngster to DHQ hospital on a motorbike, where physicians declared him dead upon arrival.
