Two people were killed and 15 were injured in a fire at Kasur’s paper mills.

When a fire broke out at Bulleh Shah Paper Mills in Kasur on Wednesday, at least two people were killed and 15 others were injured. The deceased and injured have been sent to a hospital.

The fire, which started at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, is still roaring with full force after more than 13 hours. According to authorities, 11 fire brigade trucks and 55 fire fighters are working to put out the fire.

Lahore and Okara fire departments and rescue squads have also been called in to help put out the fire.

Dr. Rizwan, DG Rescue Punjab, also visited the scene and evaluated the preparedness and rescue operation. He estimated that it would take two days to put out the fire, which had spread to a large shed of the paper mills.
