In the previous 24 hours, new coronavirus has claimed 31 lives in Pakistan, bringing the total number of positive cases to 1,501,680. On Monday, the number of people killed in Pakistan reached 30,040.
In the last 24 hours, 1,360 people tested positive for COVID-19, according to the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC).
Punjab continues to be the province with the highest number of deaths, followed by Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
So far, 13,454 people have died in Punjab, 8,030 in Sindh, 6,207 in KP, 1,004 in Islamabad, 783 in Azad Kashmir, 373 in Balochistan, and 189 in Gilgit Baltistan as a result of the outbreak.
