A major fire broke out in an electronics plant on Multan Road in Lahore on Wednesday evening.
According to data, the fire started about 4:00 p.m. in the refrigerator manufacturing unit and immediately spread to other areas of the facility due to the presence of incendiary/ignitable material on the premises.
At least 18 fire trucks and 55 firefighters are working to put out the blaze, which has been burning for more than 14 hours and is still roaring with full vigour.
Meanwhile, the factory’s general manager, Sarfraz, died of heart arrest when a fire broke out in the building.
