The federal government announced a 15% pay hike for civil personnel on Wednesday.

The subject of lowering the disparity in pay of federal government employees has been decided, according to a notification issued by the Ministry of Finance, and a 15% special allowance would be paid.

According to the Ministry of Finance, government officials in Grades 1 to 19 will begin receiving the stipend on March 1. Those who have previously earned 100% or more of the allowance would not be eligible.
