According to the State Bank of Pakistan, the Pakistani rupee declined by 21 paisas versus the US dollar in interbank trade on Monday, finishing at Rs177.62 against the previous day’s closing of Rs177.41 (SBP).

According to the Forex Association of Pakistan, the open market buying and selling values of the dollar were Rs 177.60 and Rs 178.50, respectively.

Similarly, the price of the euro, which was trading at Rs196.91, fell by Rs 1.8 paisas, according to the State Bank of Pakistan.

The greenback gained 2.1 rupees versus the Pound Sterling, finishing at Rs 235.97 per Pound, up from Rs 238.12 per Pound at the previous session’s close.
