PPP plans to file a motion of no confidence in KPK.

On Saturday, the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) stated that it will file a vote of no confidence against the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) administration in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).

On March 8, the joint-opposition issued a demand in the National Assembly for a no-confidence move against the Prime Minister, which will be voted on after the 27th of March. In Punjab, a motion of no confidence is likely to be filed.

Najamuddin Khan, President of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, said during a press conference that 45 members of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly are in contact with him and will bring a no-confidence motion in the province after the centre.

He went on to say that the opposition is united and has resolved to defend the country from an inept government.

He also cautioned PTI members that their followers will retaliate with greater force in any crisis.
