A spokeswoman for the Prime Minister’s Office firmly rejected on Saturday unfounded reports on a television channel about placing obstacles in the way of opposition members accessing the National Assembly to vote on a no-confidence resolution against the Prime Minister.
According to the spokesperson, reports that obstacles are being put in place to prevent opposition members from attending the National Assembly on March 3 are unfounded and untrue.
The spokesperson stated in a statement that the PM House strongly criticised this one-sided propaganda and that the Prime Minister fully believed in the democratic process and was opposed to any unlawful action.
