ISLAMABAD: Former Finance Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has disclosed that they received a call asking then-Prime Minister Imran Khan to reschedule his trip to Russia before the letter threatening to topple the PTI-led federal government.

Qureshi said during his programme, 11th Hour, that a country called Pakistan and demanded that the prime minister’s visit to Russia be cancelled.

The US National Security Advisor called his Pakistani counterpart, who stated that the visit had nothing to do with the situation in Ukraine, according to the ex-foreign minister.
