According to an official document released by the current government on Thursday, former Prime Minister Imran Khan spent approximately Rs 1 billion by helicoptering back and forth from the PM’s House to his private residence in Bani Gala.
According to the detailed expense breakdown, the distance between the PM’s office and Bani Gala is 15 kilometres. The helicopter was used on a daily basis for an average of Rs 800,000 per day.
The government document also stated that Imran Khan spent approximately one billion rupees, while an hourly use of a helicopter costs 275,000 rupees.
