The country’s export of sports goods increased by 35.23 percent during the first three quarters of fiscal year (2021-22) when compared to the same quarters last year (2020-21).
According to the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, the country exported sports goods worth $259.851 million from July to March (2021-22) compared to $192.160 million from July to March (2020-21), representing a 35.23 percent increase (PBS).
Among sports products, exports of footballs increased by 40.33 percent, rising from $94.730 million last year to $132.936 million this year.
