Masood Khan, Pakistan’s ambassador to the United States, met with Derek Chollet, Counselor of the US Department of State, in Washington on Wednesday.
Steps to further strengthen long-standing Pak-US relations were discussed at the meeting, according to sources. They also spoke about increasing their involvement in trade, climate, energy, and health.
They also addressed US-Pakistan collaboration on Afghan stability and terrorism, as well as bolstering Pakistan-US diplomatic relations, which have been in place for 75 years.
