Maryam Nawaz, Vice President of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), criticised PTI Chairman Imran Khan on Saturday for considering a church grounds for a rally in Sailkot and educated the former PM on minority rights, saying that it is not your right to hurt religious sentiments and you will not be allowed to do so.
Maryam Nawaz stated on the social networking site Twitter that it is the government’s primary obligation to defend the rights of all minorities in Pakistan. She stated that the Christian community has been protesting for days, claiming that holding a rally on church grounds is disrespectful to their house of worship.
