The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Saturday re-heard the National Accountability Bureau’s (NAB) appeal against the 25-year-old Asif Ali Zardari’s corruption references.

On Monday, the case will be heard by a two-member panel led by Chief Justice Athar Minallah. The judge ordered NAB to prepare the case and not spend any further court time.

NAB contested Asif Zardari’s acquittal in the Ursus tractor and ARY gold references cases. Meanwhile, the Accountability Bureau is hearing an appeal against Asif Ali Zardari’s acquittal in the Cotecna and SGS cases.
