Rana Sanaullah, the Federal Interior Minister, stated on Saturday that it is his wish for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan to be detained.
In a press conference in Model Town, the Interior Minister stated, “I want Imran Khan to be held in the same cell as me.” Staying in jail for three days, according to Rana Sanaullah, will teach the PTI leader a lesson.
He went on to say that because the country is currently governed by a coalition government, such decisions cannot be made without the participation of the coalition parties’ leaders.
