On Tuesday, Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz authorised the suspension of mobile phone service in 350 locations around the province.
Section 144 was enforced in Islamabad, Punjab, and Sindh to put an end to the PTI’s protracted march. All access highways to Islamabad have been closed. Near the Indus River Bridge, the Swabi-Islamabad Motorway was closed.
Law enforcement authorities informed Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz, requesting his authority to shut down mobile phone service across the province. Hamza Shehbaz approved the closing of the mobile phone network in 20 locations in Lahore and 350 locations across Punjab.
