Following Sindh’s application of section 144, Punjab and Islamabad enforced it on Tuesday in response to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-(PTI) Insaf’s demand for the Long March on May 25.
At a news conference, Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader Attaullah Tarar stated, “We are applying section 144 in Punjab.”
Imran Khan, according to Atta, wants to create turmoil in the country because he is not in power. He stated that no one will be allowed to take the law into their own hands.
Meanwhile, access and transportation to Islamabad from Punjab and its environs are closed. In addition, Rangers will be stationed in the province.
