According to Punjab Chief Minister Pervez Elahi, ties with the PTI are better than ever.

LAHORE : Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervez Elahi has stated that their relationship with Imran Khan’s Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is stronger than ever, and that individuals attempting to sow discord between them would fail.

Elahi made the statements during a meeting with PTI leader Zartaj Gul, who paid a visit to the Punjab CM’s office on Monday. The political situation and development plans of Dera Ghazi Khan were reviewed at the meeting, which also included Elahi’s son Moonis and PTI politician Humayun Khan.

“Our partnership is stronger than ever. The 13-party cabal stood in the way of a lone Imran Khan “CM Elahi expressed his continued support for the former prime minister.

Elahi stated in a tweet that the prompt completion of Dera Ghazi Khan’s development projects will be secured in conjunction with public representatives. He went on to say that development is the right of the people of Dera Ghazi Khan, and that they would be granted this right.

Elahi went on to say that the Sardar Fateh Muhammad Khan Buzdar Institute of Cardiology is a public welfare project, and a proposal to provide special compensation to its physicians is being considered, since the people of Balochistan would benefit from this institution as well.

Meanwhile, Gul stated that CM Elahi has a good vision of public welfare and is committed to tackle DG Khan’s concerns.
