Threads has moved a suspended Twitter account that was tracking Elon Musk’s plane

After being barred from Twitter last year, Jack Sweeney, the founder of an account that tracked Elon Musk’s private jet in real time, has switched to Mark Zuckerberg’s Twitter rival Threads.

Sweeney’s first post from the Twitter handle @elonmusksjet, which had almost 21,000 followers as of Saturday morning, said, “ElonJet has arrived to Threads!”

ElonJet has traced Musk’s private jet’s movements using publicly available data.

Musk’s company, Twitter Inc, terminated the ElonJet account in December, citing legal action against the account’s operator after his kid was accidentally followed by a “crazy stalker.”
