Lebanon’s BEIRUT (AFP) – Hassan Nasrallah, the head of Hezbollah, issued a warning on Thursday, stating that the organization would undoubtedly react to Israel’s murder of its supreme military commander and that both his and the Hamas leader’s deaths “crossed” red lines.

“Those who support the enemy and the enemy itself must prepare for our inevitable reaction,” he declared during a speech delivered at Hezbollah military leader Fuad Shukr’s funeral.

In response to strikes in Tehran and Beirut that killed Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh and Shukr, he addressed Israel and declared, “You do not know what red lines you crossed,” characterizing Haniyeh’s death as a “dangerous assassination”.
