According to statistics from the National Command and Operations Centre (NCOC), Pakistan had the highest coronavirus positive ratio in the past 24 hours, at 4.09 percent, up from 4.05 percent on May 30.

On Sunday, the NCOC released daily figures, stating that 1,980 coronavirus infections were discovered in 48,382 tests done across the country in the previous 24 hours.

According to the NCOC’s data, there were 27 deaths in the previous 24 hours, with Sindh having the highest, followed by Khyber Pakhtunkwa.

16 of the 27 persons who died were on ventilators when they died. According to the NCOC, there have been 973,284 cases, 22,582 fatalities, and 913,203 recoveries across the country, with 37,499 ongoing cases.

According to a province-by-province breakdown, 346,360 cases have been recorded in Sindh, 348,085 in Punjab, 139,313 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 83,647 in Islamabad Capital Territory, 27,961 in Balochistan, 6,851 in Gilgit-Baltistan, and 21,067 in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
