SEHWAN: A 5.0 magnitude earthquake shook Sindh’s Sehwan and neighbouring regions on Tuesday, according to reports.
Strong earthquakes were felt around the city, causing houses, billboards, and trees to shake violently, according to the seismological centre. However, no casualties have been recorded as of yet.
When the earthquake hit the city, residents came out of their homes to defend themselves.
The earthquake had a rating of 5.0 on the Richter scale, and the depth of the quake was 43 kilometres, according to the seismological centre.
The epicentre of the earthquake has been determined to be in southern Iran.
