According to Indian media, New Delhi has offered two dates for the NSA meeting: November 10 and 11.

“We are prepared to give humanitarian help to Afghanistan, and we have been a constructive partner in the development of the nation, spending over $3 billion before the Taliban gained control,” the foreign secretary added.
