On Monday, security authorities stopped a terrorist’s suicide attempt to penetrate a military position in the Dossali region of North Waziristan province.
According to an Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) press release, a terrorist attempted a suicide effort to penetrate a military station in Dossali, North Waziristan District, by shooting small weapons and attempting to lob a grenade.
The security forces troops, who were attentive and prepared for the circumstance, launched an immediate response and successfully engaged the terrorist. As a result, the terrorist identified as Sharif, who was still actively engaging in terrorist actions against security forces, was killed, according to the report.
Security authorities also discovered the terrorist’s weapon and ammo.
