On Tuesday, security forces killed seven terrorists, including Commanders Hasil Doda and Washdil, during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) based on knowledge of a terrorist hideout in the general region of Gorchop, Turbat, Balochistan.

According to an Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) statement, the Security Forces carried out the IBO to capture externally supported opponents of peace in Balochistan, who were killed in the subsequent fierce exchange of fire.

“Once the military began clearing operations in the region, terrorists attempted to flee their camp and launched indiscriminate fire on security personnel,” the statement stated.

According to the ISPR, these terrorists were involved in recent shootings and attacks on security troops in Makran Division.
