Sheikh Rashid, the Prime Minister, has stated that he would not resign and will continue to play until the final ball is thrown.

Sheikh Rashid Ahmed, Minister of Interior, declared on Wednesday that Prime Minister Imran Khan would not resign and would play till the last whistle.

In an interview with the media here, he stated that the cabinet had faith in Imran Khan’s leadership. The Prime Minister presented the contents of the letter to the cabinet, and extensive debate was held on it, he noted.

He referred to the opposition as “Dawn Leaks” and “Memo-gate,” and stated that the country would not forgive the opposition based on foreign investment.

He intimated that an in-camera session would be called, with Prime Minister Imran Khan or Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi speaking.
