Qasim Suri, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, has delayed the National Assembly session till April 3 without debating the opposition’s no-confidence vote against Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Members of the opposition, including Shazia Marri, Marriyum Aurangzeb, and others, urged a swift vote on a no-confidence resolution against Prime Minister Imran Khan at the opening of today’s session.
The session was adjourned at 11 a.m. on Sunday by the Deputy Speaker, who presided over it.
