Imran Khan, the leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI), spoke by phone with Sirajul Haq, the Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, on Monday.

During the phone call, both leaders addressed the present political situation as well as issues of common interest, and they agreed to keep in touch.

The chairman of the PTI stated that his administration was deposed as a result of a formal conspiracy, and that patriotic forces with nationalist leanings must band together to oppose this conspiracy.

Sirajul Haq also expressed his best wishes to the former Prime Minister.
