The Lahore High Court (LHC) has scheduled a hearing for Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s petition to remove former Prime Minister and PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif’s name from the Exit Control List (ECL).
Shehbaz Sharif had petitioned the court to have Nawaz Sharif’s name removed from the ECL.
Under an interim order, the Lahore High Court removed Nawaz Sharif’s name from the ECL.
Tomorrow, a two-judge bench of the Supreme Court will hear Shehbaz Sharif’s petition.
While allowing Nawaz Sharif to travel abroad, the Lahore High Court asked five questions. In 2019, Shehbaz Sharif petitioned the Lahore High Court.
