Other Twitter accounts in Asad Majeed’s name, he claims, are fake.

Former Pakistani ambassador to the United States Asad Majeed declared on Saturday that all other Twitter accounts in his name are fake.

According to the NSC statement, the meeting reviewed the Pakistani embassy’s correspondence from Washington, while former Pakistani ambassador to the US Asad Majeed attended and briefed the meeting on the background of lettergate.

“It is important for everyone to know that this is my only Twitter account and it is verified,” Asad Majeed wrote in his most recent tweet.

“Whatever tweets are being sent from other accounts in my name are fake,” he added.
