After a 10-month ban, India has cleared the comeback of popular mobile game Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) for a trial period, according to South Korean game creator Krafton on Friday.

According to a Krafton Inc (259960.KS) spokesperson, South Korea’s foreign affairs and cultural ministries met with their Indian counterparts to assist ease the ban.

Last July, the Indian authorities prohibited BGMI, Krafton’s flagship game, citing worries about data-sharing and mining in China.

Krafton is funded by China’s Tencent (0700.HK), which owns around 13.5% of the company.
