The developers of ‘The Witcher’ franchise have teased an update on two additional seasons ahead of the debut of season 3 on the streaming behemoth Netflix.

With the first volume of Season 3 scheduled to release on the streaming platform in less than a month and Season 4 taking place without the OG Geralt of Rivia, aka Henry Cavill, an authoritative source has now offered an update on yet another season that is, in fact, taking place.

Sophie Holland, the famous franchise’s casting director, appears to have revealed in a recent interview that season 5 of ‘The Witcher’ is in the works, with Australian actor Liam Hemsworth taking over Geralt from Cavill beginning next season.
