Coach Christophe Galtier said on Thursday that star player Lionel Messi will depart Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) following their last Ligue 1 2022/23 match on Saturday against Clermont Foot.

“I had the honour of mentoring the greatest football player in history. I hope he will be welcomed with open arms because this will be his final game at the Parc des Princes, Christophe Galtier told reporters on Thursday.

He has contributed significantly to the squad this year and has always been available. None of the critiques or remarks, in my opinion, are warranted,” Galtier declared.
