Four Kashmiri youth were killed by Indian troops in the Kupwara district of illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, in a new act of state terrorism.
The military killed the youth during a cordon and search operation (CASO) in the Machil area of the district, according to the Kashmir Media Service (KMS).
The operation continued until the final reports were received.
