Abdullah Albloushi scored the game-winning goal in stoppage time to help Kuwait defeat Bangladesh 1-0 and go to the South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) Championship final in Bengaluru.

The first semi-final of the ongoing SAFF Championship went into extra time since the two teams were unable to separate themselves at the end of regulation time.

Albloushi’s first-touch strike in the 105th minute gave Kuwait the lead after he made an overlapping run.
