Farhan Akhtar’s new ‘Don’ is Ranveer Singh, according to reports

Bollywood superstar Ranveer Singh has reportedly agreed to star in the third installment of Farhan Akhtar’s ‘Don’ franchise.

According to an exclusive claim from an Indian tabloid, the makers of the action movie have finally locked in Singh to play the titular character in ‘Don 3’ after much back and forth, when Shahrukh Khan bowed out of the franchise.

Not only that, but the team apparently shot an announcement video to unveil the new lead in the franchise, which was set to be released today, July 6, on the 38th birthday of the ‘Padmaavat’ actor. But there was no evidence of it.
