LAHORE, Pakistan — Fawad Chaudhry, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, has stated that the value of sports cannot be overstated in today’s society since it instils a spirit of perseverance in the face of adversity.

He informed the minister on under-19 cricket and the PCB’s talent hunt initiative.
“Prime Minister Imran Khan has the vision to encourage sports to reach greater national objectives, and his leadership would prove to be an ideal for the younger generations,” Fawad Hussain remarked.
As a civic obligation, the minister requested that the PCB chairman engage the corporate sector to sponsor the training modules for talented kids.
He stated that PTV and PCB would have to collaborate in order to promote cricket.
