Finland stated on Thursday that it will provide another defence supply to Ukraine, following an arms transfer three weeks ago.
In a Statement, the Defence Ministry Said, “Finland Will Send More Defensive Material Assistance to Ukraine.”
“More comprehensive information on the nature of the support, the way of distribution, or the schedule will not be shared to ensure that the assistance reaches its destination,” the statement stated.
Miikka Pynnonen, a ministry adviser, refused to say whether the help contained guns to AFP.
Four days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Finland stated that it would deliver anti-tank weapons, assault rifles, and ammunition to Kyiv, breaking with its long-standing policy of avoiding supplying guns to combat zones.
