Prime Minister Imran Khan has called on the world community to mobilise against India for its involvement in supporting terrorism in Pakistan.
“Once again, the planning and financing of the Lahore terror attack has ties to Indian support of terrorism against Pakistan,” Prime Minister Imran Khan stated in a series of tweets. Against this rogue activity, the world community must mobilise international institutions.”
The prime minister praised Punjab Police’s Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) for its efforts and quickness in uncovering evidence in the Johar Town, Lahore bombing.
He also praised the civil and military intelligence services for their superb collaboration.
“Today, I ordered my team to inform the country on the results of the Johar Town bomb inquiry in Lahore. I congratulate the superb cooperation of all our civil and military intelligence services, as well as the dedication and quickness with which the Punjab Police’s Counter Terrorism Department unearthed the evidence.”
The prime minister further said that good collaboration between civil and military intelligence services led to the identification of terrorists and their worldwide connections.
