Officials stated on Sunday that the US Coast Guard is looking into what caused a tourist submersible to implode underwater, killing all five passengers on board while diving to the Titanic wreck.

The declaration comes a day after the Transportation Safety Board of Canada announced that it was starting its own inquiry into the Titan’s implosion, which has sparked concerns about how unregulated such expeditions are.
