Pakistan hopes to collaborate with the United Nations and other interested countries to advance the notion of peace enforcement, the interior minister stated at a UN summ in New York on Friday.

According to Radio Pakistan, Mohsin Naqvi stated during the UNCOPS Summit 2024 at the U.N. General Assembly that Pakistan is proud of its long-standing contributions to UN peacekeeping.

He stated that Pakistan is dedicated to peacekeeping cooperation, particularly with the African Union and the OIC.

“In today’s perilous times, the world faces threats of forced foreign interventions, suppression of freedom struggles, poverty, inequality, global tensions, military tensions and nuclear arms race.”
