ISLAMABAD: In response to the terrorist attack on Bannu Cantonment earlier this week that claimed the lives of eight security personnel and injured numerous others, Pakistan summoned the Deputy Head of Mission of the Afghan Embassy in Islamabad to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Wednesday.
The Hafiz Gul Bahadur Group, which is located in Afghanistan, was responsible for the terrorist act, according to a statement from the Foreign Office. The Hafiz Gul Bahadur Group and Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) are accountable for numerous terrorist acts inside Pakistan that claimed the lives of hundreds of civilians and law enforcement personnel.
