ISLAMABAD: Azam Khan, the principal secretary of former prime minister Imran Khan, has provided his statement to the court over the 190 million pound reference.
He was the prime minister’s principal secretary from August 2018 until April 2022, the statement claims. Shahzad Akbar, the PM’s advisor, brought a signed memo for the cabinet’s approval, he claimed.
Shahzad Akbar said in the statement that the prime minister at the time had given the order to submit this secret deed for approval to the cabinet.
