ISLAMABAD—Imran Khan, the founder of the PTI, and his spouse Bushra Bibi filed an appeal with the Islamabad High Court (IHC) to overturn their apprehension in the Toshakhana case.

Barrister Salman Safdar and Khalid Yusuf Chaudhry filed the application in the IHC on behalf of Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi.

The petition now names the DG of the NAB, Chairman of the NAB, and other officers as parties. It is demanded that the court rule that the arrest was unlawful.
