GAZA/CAIRO (Reuters) – At least 21 people were killed on Thursday, July 18, as Israeli forces attacked Gaza City in the north and the historic refugee camps in the middle of the territory. Additionally, tanks advanced farther into Rafah in the south, according to residents and health officials.
Health officials reported that 16 people were killed by a flurry of Israeli airstrikes in Zawayda town, the packed city of Deir-Al-Balah, the last significant urban center in Gaza not to be invaded by Israeli forces, and the Bureij and Nuseirat camps.
